Unable to delete reservation in app
When I make a reservation in the app and I go to the edit button to delete the reservation, I’m only allowed to copy and edit the reservation because “I'm not the organizer ” but I am. I have to go to my work calendar and delete the reservation from there but on my android phone I don’t have this problem.

Pretty much useless
Can’t use the the app to reserve a room because I need to link my calendar but the app doesn’t allow google sign in (because the app isn’t verified by google) and that’s the account I have to use for my school email.
Fix your app
It’s deleted all my reservations, so I’ve had to find other places to study. Impossible to plan ahead with this app. Fix these features and make it usable.

Bug1 - trying to link office 365 calendars. Error re can’t find matching calendar
Bug2 - duplicated events / meetings appear
Bug3 - unable to choose room for existing meeting: “you’re not the room organiser...” error
Extremely poor support and comms from vendor! Worst I’ve experienced in many years.
Then there’s the flaky service itself. One outage after another that lasts far longer than they should.
Being acquired by WeWork has done nothing for this service. It seems to go from bad to worse!

App is broken after recent update
The feature that automatically pairs a users email to their account using Outlook is broken after the latest update. After numerous back and forth with Teem support they just give up responding after the first thing they suggest to fix it doesn’t work.
It was working fine before the latest update. Now all my users can’t use the app for anything more than checking room availability..

Unable to check-in
App says to “link calendar” every time I close the app forcing me to delink my account and reinstall if I ever want to check-in from my phone.

The old app allowed booking a room at a time other than “right now”

O365 login + Calendar access
Logged in using my O365 credentials however it only allows access permission to the phones iOS calendar app instead of being able to select the Outlook app and it’s built in calendar.
Kind of pointless as far as O365 integration goes.
