First, you have to find your effective purchase history under your AppleID account. Reference Method: Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Account > Purchase History > Specific product > Total Billed Second, make sure that the internet connection is accurate and stable. After entering the game, you can tap one locked level in the level selection interface then tap the Restore Purchases button in the pop-up window. Usually, you can have all the content unlocked.
