Impossible to cancel service
I have tried everything to stop this app from charging me month after month but there is no place to cancel subscriptions or remove payment details within the app. Do not get this app or the products that go with it unless you want to use them forever and never cancel your monthly payments.NicknamesAre4fags

Overall the app is OK. Functionality could be streamlined. I would love it if they added the ability to lock/unlock from the app/phone directly!ttin0msn
Terrible
Terrible App. Tried to create an account and there is no place to do so. Assumes you have an account when you open it. Did “forgot password” put never sent me an email. Just a ridiculous and basic think for an app developer to mess up!Ilovesandt

Worthless app, finds and connects to my GunBox, but doesn’t stay connected.
Said there was an update to the GunBox firmware, updated and now both the Echo and 2.0 GunBox don’t function like they did previous to the update. All RFID tags, combinations, and fingerprints were deleted from both boxes. Now you have to push the shield before you can enter the combo or scan your fingerprints.
So far GunBox has been unable to help.Ed B

Ed, We should have been more clear what would happen when you update your GunBox. When you do a major update to a GunBox like you did, it removes all tags, combinations and fingerprints. This is expected behavior and we should have made sure you knew that would happen. With the latest box firmware you only have to press the shield to wake the box up if it's not plugged in. (this is a new feature). Having you wake the box up by pressing the shield when the box is not plugged in extended the battery life from a few months to a year and a half!! There are a lot of ins and outs to how the box works, I hope you'll send us a message at support@lynkd.com so we can help you get all your new features working like the internal LED light and tamper notifications.Second password issues
I can access my account, find my device, but when the app asks for a second password...it keeps denying me access. Until it is resolved, I’m deleting the appPhuzyBuzy

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble! Keep in mind that you use your account password to log into the app and then you have to log into each device with its pin the first time you connect to it. (after that the app will log into the device for you automatically.) You can find the default pin in your user manual. If you have any trouble at all, please contact us at support@lynkd.com.
