Annoying

Even when I am logged out, I get annoying loud beeping for alerts. This happens persistently whenever I am logged out.

Inappropriate mortifications

No matter how you change your phones notification settings, this app still manages to vibrate your phone with “critical” alerts. I’ve tried everything but nothing you can do other than pray that your organization switches to a better product for comms

Inappropriate notifications when unavailable

If Vocera is installed on a personal device, I should be able to close and quit out of it without being alerted every 15 minutes that the app is closed. At the same time, accidentally quitting an app shouldn’t require me to manually log in every single time.

Other messaging apps like TigerText and even Voalte function even if they are “quit” out of. They also don’t nag every 15 minutes about being closed and ask to be logged in again. They also allow use of Face ID for more secure control while being used.

Vocera should implement these two upgrades. Thanks.
