I have a subscription but cannot watch live broadcasts!
I have a subscription through December, but when I try to watch, I am told to subscribe. When I sign in online, it says gain access, but when I click on gain access, then it says you are all set enjoy.
The start watching icon button is now missing from the live broadcast page in the Apple TV app. I also cannot watch online for the same reason.Show lessOkie@Apple

I have subscribed since 2018, but they appear to have more subscribers than they want, because this mediocrity drives viewers away. Do not waste your money!!!Show lessmr

Recently Archived Shows Removed
Because of the time difference between where I am and Australia, I mainly watch archived shows. Recently, a hold was placed on recently archived shows and then all shows after September of last year have been removed. Do not bother with this app. It is managed by people who apparently have all the viewers they need in Australia. NOT RECOMMENDED!Show lessDon’t know how to unsubscribe

Apple TV App does not work with iOS 17
The app stopped functioning on Apple TV after iOS 17 update. When you press pause, the video continues to play, but the sound goes mute. Please correct this issue. You also sometimes get a second audio playing in the background. Not sure what causes that to happen.

App use to be great and able to catch up on all shows overseas such as Paul Murray, not won’t work and requires some sort of subscription which isn’t clear. 👎🏼🐸 Cake

No closed captioning?
I’m not deaf, but I am hearing impaired. I rely on closed captioning to help me understand what I’m hearing. It appears that there is no way to turn on closed captioning in this app, or perhaps Sky News Australia itself is not captioned. What a shame.Iyfzltxgotc
What has happened?
We at home this channel every day, and now we can’t watch “live”. What has happened? We live in Fiji and are Australian residents and pay for FOXTEL and sky news in Australia. Please fix this problem. Thank you.KW.Muso
