It opens the door but….
I can open 1 or both doors when I come home, but can only open both doors when a delivery person rings my doorbell. Very silly and insecure. Lots of other buttons that mean nothing and make the system confusing.Pg8
New updates
I would like to give u thumb up 👍 for the latest update which was launched yesterday. It gave a big step ahead in enhancing information and usage of the app. I’m very thankful for it.
You may think about giving another update to enhance the usage of other smart devices to be added to the systems so we can use the whole smart home from one app

System became very very slow , almost crashing every time I open app , takes long time than usual to connect and take orderVimar view app usage after latest updates
First off it is a big nice step forward as easing the system usage and looking , but system on app keeps going on and off very often so I have to wait every time to connect to activate or deactivate icon , second after using the new feature of adding background I can’t change color of the the written title for the icons as it doesn’t match because it is all on white color, I will keep trying the new features and send feedback as it looks great for someone likes tech. App freezes every time I try to use any icon, I am now loosing the benefit of having the system, it was much better before the update

The basic functions are hard to find. Too many options that do not add any value.
Badly needs usability testing. For example what is the point of allowing 4 ring tone options when you can not hear a sample sound when selecting one.

The app is so bad, so behind that detailed feedback seems useless. Change developer and whoever is managing the appVargast
