Lack functionality
Not very efficient or effective if staffing are still calling & emailing for order status/updates. Informed by multiple staff members that the app is unreliable therefore the multiple calls are warranted. Needs to be users friendly and working otherwise it’s a waste of time logging in for updates. Logging in should also allow for Touch ID’s or face recognition.Show lessCrash
The app crashes within a few seconds of start when auto password fill feature is accessed. Please fix.Happy Signing Agent
Wow what a great looking app! I’m really excited to use this app, it’s something that’s been needed for a long time. I’ll stay tuned for more user interactions! I’ve worked with Mortgage Connect for about 7 or 8 years and this is a much needed tool for us in the field!!
