Horrible

No tech support. Item is junk.

Don’t waste your money

I don’t know what’s worse, product or customer service.

App is ok but device is problematic and support is bad

I have a rental car business and decided to try mobokey. I have had several instances where the device has prevented the vehicle from starting when we were not even using the device for access and also when we were using it .they say firmware issue but then never got back to me. If you have a business stay away from this device and company . It will cost you line and the support they offer is trash. I’m removing all these devices from my fleet today ! Beware

Return It!!!!

Return the product. It doesn’t not work as advertised. There are better options. GPS doesn’t work nor does the auto start as it doesn’t come with all the parts. It costs twice what the unit does to install if you can find someone willing to do it. The lock unlock doesn’t even work when shared half the time

Excellent!

Too me a while to get around to wiring this up, but now it’s installed, and it’s amazing! Car unlocks and starts itself!

Scammers

Car wouldn’t start

Tried over and over from multiple phones to log in and turn on the car, didn’t work.

Doesn’t work

Tried to get In the car for 30min with no luck, everything connected and green on the app, but the door doesn’t unlock.

Turns your car into a smart car!

The app is great, it’s pretty straight forward. All the buttons to your cars functions are on the main screen.

You can do a lot like disabling the engine if someone tries to steal your car or proximity start/stop and lock/unlock.

I’m not into car sharing so can’t comment on that. The app is really easy to use, I’d recommend the Omnifob to pair it with!

Issue with android customer and no need to connection on IPhone

I installed in one car that we rent. Once I had to drive almost 60 miles to meet a customer that could not open de vehicle (she was using Android). When the car is not rented I use by my personal use and I have iPhone (I found my car unlocked many times and I could start it with connecting with the app, I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or the it is not working well)
