Great devotional, but can’t get the audio
I had been reading the 40 day devotional through YouVersion done by you and found out you had an app. There seems to be a small bug issue- I’m having problems getting the audio. Not that it matters because the content is just as good to make me think about my walk with God.ChristinaB14

I love the simplicity of this app. You get the option to listen to the Worship song only or listen to devotional and song. I love how beautifully it is crafted this app is. Thank you so much! Great devotional! But
Hi, I love the app! It’s a great devotional that really helps me get into connecting with God through the music and words. The only thing that I believe could make it better is if the voice read a little faster. Maybe you could include an option to change the speed playback?jessiko7

I’ve never written a review for any app, but I had to for this one because it’s so amazing. Like other reviewers have said, it’s a simple app, no bells or whistles, but the combination of the extremely well-written and biblically based devotional and the song is amazing. Cannot listen to the speaker
After a friend recommended this app I tried it but found I cannot listen to the message because of the irritating voice of the speaker. In fact my friend told me her husband and neighbor both have the same opinion I do!! This means there are hundreds if not thousands of people who all have the same negative opinion.

Good but repetitive
I downloaded this app about a month ago and it works perfectly and the devotionals are excellent. I love the pairing of a song with the scriptures. My only complaint is after a month I am getting too many repeats and no new material. I’m disappointed because the ones I’ve heard were great and now feel I’m beginning the loop over again.Show lesszaalga

I love the simplicity of this devo. I love the slower pace and over-pronunciation of the words. I love that it takes me deeper into the songs. This is a great and simple app!
It’s simplicity was actually something that annoyed me at first. There are no options or extra buttons you basically open app, then choose to just read the devotional yourself OR you can listen to the author for that day read the lesson or you can do that AND hear a worship song that’s paired with it.
It’s almost like a mini-Sunday service that’s updated daily. So it’s a nice surprise every morning! You never know what’s next.
That’s it. No bells and whistles no flashy anything. Just open the app and go.
So if you are someone who need calender reminders, a reading plan, progress reports, or cattle-prods to get your devotional done, this app is not for you.
But if you love keeping it simple and being faithful to seek time with God without assistance then you’ll love this app. (Disclaimer: I generally require a notification, a cup of coffee, a cattle-prod, AND a slap in the face... so I’m not being all “holier-than-thou” on you I promise)Show lesskcentineo
