Very laggy time recording
Very long delay, greyed out screen for 15+ seconds, for each time recording. Makes app unusable for time recording. Actionstep aware of issue but seem unwilling to fix. Appears to be the same issue with the outlook plugin, which makes that unusable too.petshark
Terrible
We've been using Actionstep to manage clients for the last several years. Unfortunately I'm unsurprised that the app is as useless as it is, considering how much is lacking with the web software. It's really disappointing. Why even bother building an app if you're not going to make it useable and robust? Why is the calendar feature considered ancillary (to the point where you can't even change the view to day/week/month, something extremely basic) when the whole point of the software is to make it easier to manage everything from one place?
