Improve image uploads. If image fails to upload within 30 seconds, save to local device and then upload all images at the end fo the survey when the user taps 'Upload'.

New features of the new version will greatly improve the performance for uploading images.
It now uploads the photos when you add them to the survey form, instead of waiting for the 'Upload' at the end of the form.
This makes the upload process much quicker after completing a survey form.
