Simple and easy
A simple app that does its job. I prefer to call to schedule a cab and use the app to see when the car is arriving. CYC has always given me a good experience. Keep in mind that Ithaca is not a big city and there aren’t massive fleets of cars like Uber in NYC. Schedule in advance if you need a ride and they will be there for you. Never had a problem
I’ve used this taxi service for Medicaid and regular service. They’re always kind and come on time with a scheduled pick up and drop off. Only complain I have is the smell of cigarette smoke. Thank you for an awesome service and always coming on time.Kcarpie
Horrible service
Had to catch a bus and a taxi shows up almost a half hour later, when I tried calling no answer and there’s no place to enter your trip number if you had already ordered a taxi prior to downloading the app.Ufferns
