Dear surfboy11, We are really sorry for the inconvenience. The reason why you experienced described situation is because once per year app is down due to maintenance. That usually takes about an hour and you were just unlucky to try the app at that time. Please consider giving Split Smart another shot and perhaps leaving another review and rating afterwards.

Dear Steven, We are sorry to hear that Split Smart has not met your expectations. We hope that after reading this reply, you get a better sense of Split Smart’s goal and direction. Please understand that this is the first version of Split Smart, and as noted at a few places in the app and its description, the offering of only 200 splits is temporary. Our team is working hard on expanding the app and offering all other distances and events. We are aiming to release an update in the near future. We envisioned Split Smart as a simple tool that helps young athletes understand the best ways to split races. Comparing times with favorite athletes is an additional feature that we see as a fun supplement that users can choose to utilize if they are interested. Our core function is educational and will always remain free. We understand both of your critiques and we respect your views. We hope that you will find our upcoming update satisfactory and enjoy the simplicity and accuracy of Split Smart.
