I don’t seem to have many issues with this app
I have used this app for syncing my Freestyle Libre sensor to Apple Health…so far I have used the Libre 14 Day and the Libre 3…both sync to this app through the Libre Link app with hardly any issues. The Libre 14 Day sensor is scanned and while it doesn’t always scan on the first try, I usually don’t have any issues on a rescan. The Libre 3 sensor actually connects with a live connection which works seamlessly transmitting information to Apple health and whatever other apps Apple health is connected to…I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max with the latest update…and I really love this app!

If it were possible to give an APP a 0 rating I would for this one!!
The Live Activity either doesn’t show up or it doesn’t work. Useless!
Contacted support - all their solutions basically blamed me for the problems.
Last straw was today - Live Activity button suddenly reappeared after being missing for days - tried to start a Live Activity - it started and showed 0 value while simultaneously claiming that it was fetching new data from Libre LinkUp. When I checked my Sugar Pixel displays in the house - showing BG values no problem. Downloaded a competitor app - BG values match the Sugar Pixels.
I guess I’ll keep the new app THAT WORKS, delete this app and just kiss the yearly subscription goodbye!

Always hangs
I used free version for some time. It worked fine. Then I subscribed for premium version and it just hangs on the screen, no response to any buttons. I closed and reopened, uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but the same result. Canceled the subscription, uninstalled and reinstalled free version. Now free version also hangs.

app don’t store the setting after turning off an on the phone all setting are lost
the app still has not been fixed when turning off and on the phone all setting are lost so you have to reenter all the data and login every time you have to turn off you phone i have the iphone 16pro and why is the care diabetic setting so hard to enter values you can’t enter say 7.1 without having to more the cursor around to enter each digit it so not user friendly

Why is the task bar so big
why is it that the app don’t save the setting when the phone is restarted and you have to reset all the setting, i have never see or have ever designed an app that don’t store data when the phone is turned off

Why is the task bar cgm so big I can't even see the clock or the network signal why don't toy add a way to make it smaller ifa only showing the current cgm value and a arrow. And why is there a heart on the right hand side of the camera there are thing that are not needed
Locks up, hangs and stops synchronising randomly
Before purchasing the subscription and canceling it, I tried an evaluation. Even tried to email support and they just basically said I expected too much from it. If this is for a life threatening condition, it better be on par. A sugar crash event can occur at any moment and if this thing is stuck 10 min in the past it makes it practically useless hence my 1 star rating. The App did seem like a good option only if key features worked. I found that the Apple Watch log and the iPhone log were not the same. I could log values on my watch and I would never see them on the phone. The phone would get new values from libre and never showed through the entire evaluation on the watch. The applets seemed to get stuck on the night before at times or at some random value during the day. Restarting it and reactivating the live link several times was the only way to solve it. I even got the app into a situation where there was no log in the background on the phone but I had applets stuck on the Lock Screen and the top banner. Only way to kill that was to clear my entire lock notifications. I have tried librewatch and it’s watch applet updates better than diabeto log also using LibreLinkUp. All I all, Abbot needs to make Libre better so we don’t need apps like this that don’t work.

Decent but syncing is inconsistent
Love the app and that it links my libre 2 to Apple health. One thing I found since the update is it doesn’t sync often and it the app freezes at random (I open and use it a lot) you have to close app and reopen it hoping it syncs properly. Wish I could just have it sync properly and seamlessly. Over all great app but minor things still need to be worked on. Especially with paid subscription for the app

Incompatible Sensors
The instructions are minimal and once I got it working, I tried using the live sensor feature and my sensors are incompatible. If you’re going to pay for something, they should keep up with the sensors for the Libre 3. If not fixed by the time I have to renew, well goes without saying.
Very resourceful
I like this app especially the timeline feature and it’s also very customizable so many opinions that you can personalize to your needs so I like this app a lot
