It has been a fun, frustrating and annoying journey playing this and coming home with great friends, sadly theirs just so many people that seem to have great, almost hacker aim with grabbing headshot kills almost every time, super fast deaths, unfair playing. The only way to actually have fun is just creating a new account and enjoy your time till you reach platinum tier. Pubg needs to fix and separate the pros from low skill players so we can all have a good match almost every game. It’s just no fun playing against pros and dying every time. It’s just a game but I wanna have fun playing. Can tencent make this move happen so I can come back and have fun with a new selector in the same range as ranked, unranked and being in the same range as players like me.
You may think that player skill levels are based on tiers but almost 50% of phsycotic pro players leave their tiers till it’s down to gold and ruin a lot of low skilled players matches. Please do something about this instead of giving excuses or a reasonable reply like “we make sure this game is fun for all players” why is the cheer park constantly packed? Why does people not enjoy playing the game

Disappointing rewards system
In 2019 beginning i started playing and till now i am playing so out of all season rp rewards season 11 is my favorite and whenever it comes i spend rp points and lot of uc on it but i get rewards like shoe parachute or cap no mythic outfit i mean guys u give us many outfits in spin and we spend lot to get those outfits so at least make the rp crate optional let players have the rp outfits they like there are lot of players who couldn’t get those old rp rewards cuz they were busy with work or education i am also one of those unfortunate i like the season 11 outfit and for 4 years i have spend a lot of uc on a outfit which only costed 600uc in the past it is unfair atleast make old rp rewards purchasable so that we can enjoy old rp rewards but now i am done with this game i choosed pubg over other games but in return for 4 years i was disappointed in rp crate this time i have opened 107 and got nothing so i am done loosing me will not effect the game but in future if someone ask me why i left pubg i will give my honest opinion on how the repeat of same rewards ruined my experience and caused my exit from this game only when you will guys introduce the old rp purchase rewards option i will return and urge others to keep playing or join pubg till then thank you for the memories

Random UC deductions and transactions
I’ve realised that purchasing UC with your bankcard details isn’t safe, as it makes your card accessible for frauds to make fake transactions with apple’s name. There has been more than 15 transactions made that are not by me, and not forgetting that disputing these transactions are such a hassle, it takes a lot of ur time. At first the transactions were small amounts that you avoid to tale actions for which leads to larger amounts that cannot go unnoticed. The worst part is when you make disputes and get ur money back, PUBG Mobile retaliates by randomly deducting purchased UC from your account indicating you’ve gone against the rules and also not sharing the actual reason, therefore whatever i purchase will be deduction and they wont even tell you how much you owe. I might be mistaken once but its been repeated, the deduction starts right after the dispute being approved (the money i get back), otherwise i’ve not had issues even with the most stupid glitches, this just isn't fair.

Things I like about PUBG and things I dislike
I have been playing this game for about 4 years now I got introduced by a friend and I love the battle royale mode the only bad thing I have to say about the game is I am someone who spent a lot of money On this game and I have purchased uc multiple times let’s just say I have had my fair share of problems with buying uc I have had to wait on occasion for my uc or I haven’t received my uc but when I complained they did help me on some occasions I recently got two keys for the pagani and when trying to gift one key I couldn’t so I contacted PUBG and they said I am unable to due to me getting some refund a while ago and this is very disappointing for me so I would say please fix this and also unban me from all talent championship as I ain’t no hacker a little kid reported me for not teaming and I get banned I am very competitive so it sad how I can’t play with this account especially when I spent loads and loads of money on this other than that keep doing what you guys are doing as you are keeping players entertained

The following needs attention
First of all an Oceanic servers, that would be the biggest gift from the game devs as have 200 average ping has grown on us as in this game, every millisecond counts in close quarter combat. Secondly hackers, you know what they do and once you reach crown league and above, you will really start too see them a lot. Last issue and possibly the most notorious for all players is bugs, these three examples are the worst of all bugs, the first bug is associated with the new update, whenever I aim down sight with the win94 the scope is glitch to a 1x magnification instead of 2.7x. The second glitch is in Miramar, whenever you do a jump in a vehicle, it has a high chance of getting stuck in the ground and possibly exploding. The third bug is also with Miramar and is to do with rendering; at long ranges, the enemy players seem to hover and when you shoot at them, the bullet hits the terrain which is in fact blocking them but isn't rendered in properly. All of these issues need addressing now if the devs are even willing to do it in the first place.

As a full free to play person, I’ve never spent a single penny on any of my games.
So seeing that so much of everything requires “Uc”, a bought item, just makes this game frustrating. Especially when there’s something of interest right there. But “you need more UC! Wanna buy some?!”. I myself get bored quickly with this game, with its repeating gameplay (land, loot, shoot) in almost all of the game modes, I would rate it a five but, like Tetris, the mistakes pile up. It’s a wonderful game no doubt, but the amount of data it takes up, and the raw experience for newer players is unfair- imagine you just go there game, you sign up, and in your first match you get the wonderful experience of playing against seven players all ranking well beyond “Ace rank”. This needs to be fixed out, new players shouldn’t have to play against some of the best players in the world. That would push them away. Also, the shop needs reworking, almost everything that requires in game purchases (et. Bp, silver, Ag) should be more common instead of Ac. Having to buy thousands of Ac for a single permanent headpiece is frustratingly common. I love this game with all my heart, but it does need some fixing here and there. Thank you for listening.

Five star war game
I really like this game to be very honest. I started playing from 2019 till now and I’m never tired of it. Here are the main reasons why, I get to play with a lot of different people from different countries and also made new friends with them aswell. The problem is that, the new update about people playing with others due to their ranks which is a bit of sad and very offensive to the new players that aren’t good at playing but wanting to play with people with higher ranks. I believe this new update has lost a lot of players due to its very disappointing update. But hopefully the owner will consider this, thank you for reading tho😉

I Love PUBG MOBILE 🥰
I've been an avid player of PUBG Mobile for five years now, and I must say the game has evolved significantly during this time. The improvements in graphics and the implementation of stronger anti-cheat measures have been remarkable.
However, there's a fond memory I have of the game - the ranked Team Deathmatch (TDM) mode. It was an absolute blast, and I find myself missing it dearly. I genuinely hope it makes a comeback soon because I have always preferred TDM over the classic mode. It added a unique thrill to the gameplay.
Additionally, I'd love to see a feature similar to the 'Like All' button in the classic mode, but in TDM. It would make acknowledging and appreciating teamwork much more convenient. Overall, I still enjoy playing PUBG Mobile, and these suggestions would only enhance the experience for players like me. Keep up the great work!

This game is dead
I’ve been playing this game since season 2. So a long time. I have slowly watched this game die to the point it’s unplayable. The cheaters are ridiculously common. FPP is completely dead (which was the best way to play this game. Reaction and aim in CQC was really fun in FPP) but now TPP has taken over which is the most frustrating thing to play as all you get is people hiding and snaking using the TPP view until they know they have the upper hand to surprise you. This game is no longer classed as a FPS it is now a TPS. This company does not care about the game play and fairness, it’s a money making scheme to churn out skins at extortionate prices. Such a shame. This game was at its best around season 7 to season 10. Now it’s a shell of what it use to be….. and to the automated response that may be sent my review saying contact support, you’re sorry to hear my negative experience blah blah blah. Don’t bother. You had a really good game here but you developers killed it with greed and incompetence of curing the cancer of the game in the form of cheaters/hackers. But hey, as long as you keep getting that revenue in from the battle pass and skins then you won’t do a thing about any of the issues that many thousands of people bring to your attention.

NEW UPDATE IS LAGGING SO BAD
Ever since the new update I couldn't hear my team players while playing classic but I can only hear them when I turned on my ALL CHAT when I’m near them, this is so disappointing and irritating me while playing classic especially I’m trying to rank up! This new update causes delaying and lagging while I’m trying to kill the enemy. Please fix this problem and don’t tell me it’s my device cause iPhone XR is still a powerful gaming device that can handle medium to high-resolution graphics without delaying or frame drop. I don’t know what to do if its my account for too long or something else? Because my network is working well.
