Connection with phone
It is a headache to so called binding the watch(crystal3) with the app

I have the same problem. The watch does not bind using Happy Sports App.

The application on my iPhone doesn’t pair with the watch. I tried so many times and it wasn’t lucky.
Change to 12 hour time
The watch works fine. You do need computer knowledge to operate the watch.
Change to 12 hour. Main screen you will see sleep icon, alarm, heart rate, blood pressure and binding (connection) icon. My watch shows a watch icon; battery life; q11; and words “connected”. (Top left) Touch this icon and you will see time 24 or 12 hour , the choice of different faces. There is no way to change k to miles kg to pounds. Your stuck in the metric world. I’m returning my watch. Good luck.

Mediocre at best
Alayna’s review provides solution to pairing (“binding”) issue everyone is complaining about. Do NOT pair on your phone, which won’t work. Only pair through the App, and that will work.
My problem is with the watch itself — Crystal 3 Zeblaze — whose heart rate monitor is so ridiculously inaccurate! Off by 20% or more quite frequently! And it’s extremely difficult to get the watch to light up just to read the time.

More options
Would like to see more options such as more backgrounds to choose from and to get weather to sync . And apps to be able to respond to messages . Need to upgrade this app . It’s good for what options are on there just like to see more options so the watch can do more and be better .
Okay but could be better
It took me forever to figure out how to pair the device. Then my other complaint is I wish it would sync with Apple health my old iFittness watch did and it’s a knock off fitbit. Also I wish there were more clock design options and more personalization options for the watch screen. Another thing is that it can be a bit difficult trying to tap the screen. You have to tap it in a specific place and it’s kinda annoying. Instructions are unclear. Also lots of typos throughout the app. I mean is a $30 off brand watch so I don’t know what I was expecting. But still it could be a lot better. I mean it works though.
