Just purchased the watch and it won’t bind? I have turned off phone deleted app re-installed app .. re connected Bluetooth nothing works. Really love the watch but useless without app connected!?

Bought an sx16 smart watch and it says binding on the app then says failed but connects the watch via Bluetooth to my iPhone but just won’t bind it to the app so the time is always wrong and never registers any of my data fairly useless! No way of even asking the app makers of how to fix this
Not for iPhone
I tried to get the watch to bind and it will not. I’ve tried everything that it says to do and it still will not bind. This was a waste of time. You guy’s should really check to see which app works for the iPhone.
