Wondering what happen to my movie
Their checkout doesn’t work properly I never received an email confirming my order it’s been eight days I haven’t received a video. It’s almost too easy to use but there’s no information does it come in a jacket how is it packaged? It says there is one item in my cart although when I checked out gave them my credit card number it went through and when I hit the cart it takes me out of the app! Suddenly my charge went from 31.90 to 36.33EJ Croc

There checkout doesn’t work properly in the address bar for one (it’ll only let me do it in address two line) also it said I paid 34 dollars for 293 videos (which took well over 4 hours to download) only to never arrive! Also the contact information they give isn’t accurate and you can’t even email them to ask them what’s going on. I’m starting to think I got scammed. Do not download or use unless you want to be disappointed and waste your timeashann372
No option for dvd at checkout
I was able to upload 193 small videos of my kids and was so excited to have them on a dvd so the family could enjoy them. I was able to select DVD option before uploading but after it was completed, the only option given at checkout was a USB. I do not want a USB. DisappointedCustomerZZZ
