This is absolutely the worst app I have ever purchased. They take your money and then do not give you access as promised. Do NOT purchase.Spppzz

Very average
Constantly crashes and freezes. Often doesn’t recognise paid upgrade and constantly needs you to log back in. Doesn’t update scores automatically. Doesn’t recognise different levels in same session making following scores very hard. Pretty disappointing---AgJ
Glitches badly
I paid for the yearly subscription thinking it would be better and more reliable then the free version. It is not giving me anything extra and have really struggled with the reliability of the app as a whole. Lots of fixes are needed to justify the price you are charging!ChrissyE188
App is horrible! Don’t waste money on pro!
We wanted to follow a meet and purchased pro to watch. Nothing would show results unless you looked up the gymnasts name.

No room for error
Accidentally typed wrong email address couldn’t get it to change and then validation code wouldn’t work, gave up on trying to look live, then couldn’t get back to scores onlykevandpam

Downloaded the app as we were told this is the app we are not using and go to search and only Canada and US come up as places to searchCeleste1122

Paid for the full version on my phone - but can only use it on the purchasing device, so couldn’t access the paid content on a larger screen to see it better.
Needs additional filter/sort options.

Hi Diva Ox, We understand your frustration with only being able to use the App on the purchasing device. This is a guideline set by the apple store for In-App purchases. We will be moving to the subscription based purchase model in the coming months to address this issue. We agree with you that you should be able to use it across multiple devices. Can’t see the details of the event the day after it happens. Difficult to navigate, can’t see many details unless you pay for it. Slow to load.emmao28

Hi emmao28, If details were missing the day after the event this would be due to the host club turning off app data. We give the host clubs the ability to choose when they display data from their meets. As per the slow loading, we are addressing this issue. We are a Canadian company and therefore our servers are based in Canada. This means data needs to travel to other side of the globe which can take some time. We are new to the Australian market and looking at getting a server set up in Australia to fix this. Appreciate your feedback.This app is bad
This app has a great idea behind it but the app it self does not work well at all. We used this for a recent competition and it won’t allow us to view team scores because you have to update to pro I don’t have this problem with any of the other score tracking apps so I don’t know why it’s a problem on this oneShow lessElizabeth Keating
