Unable to register
Download the app today to set up my brand new weather station (WMR500) and when I put my email address in for the passcode to be sent it’s coming up ERROR, so I’m unable to register and use my weather station! This is totally unacceptable and you need to fix this as I’m not the only one having this problem when you read the reviews! Very very poor customer careShow lessST 72
Doesn’t work
Not sure why this doesn’t work. Was given a weather station with instructions to download this app. Makes it difficult to do when you try to register and it keeps saying errorBug0981
App will not allow you to register the product
The app will not allow you to register the product, this renders the product (all-in-one weather station) none usable. Complete waste of money. The weather station functions (e.g. setting the date and time) cannot be accessed without the iPhone app.Hoggster123

Now I have a whether station and no way to keep tabs on it. It was hit or miss all winter long and now the app no longer lets me sign in. The app doesn’t work at all!BIGO37

Non functioning app
I had been using this app along with my Oregon Scientific weather station for the past year with intermittent results.
For the past week I can no longer connect to the apps server
which negates the functioning of the weather station.runnerd2
Poor app; ordinary hardware
App won’t accept change to hemisphere or altitude. Base station won’t find sensor after battery change (and pressed reset) and won’t find wifi again.MartianMatt
Can’t set timezone
The user manual says - use the app.
But the app doesn’t have a setting for timezone. So the device is stuck in UTC.
Looks like the app hasn’t been updated in a couple of years, not a good sign.dicknose
