Can’t use the app because the activation code never sends when you enter your number

Activation Code

Tried using this app however the first step is to enter my phone number and receive an activation code to begin using the app. The app does NOT send the activation code, my phone is updated and all texts are allowed. Still no luck. I’ve sent a couple emails to try and get assistance with no response back.
