Poor troubleshooting!
As a manager/the main seller, they sent me to local seller! They could not solve my issue directly!!!

IceWarp Authenticator review
I used this app for 6 months with success. Then the app stoped working. When it crashed it also took away the access for the linked email account. No IceWarp, no email access. No way to recover iOS app. Really no way to ever access the linked email. All data is locked away on a server somewhere and will Never be accessed again! I have a record of 18 people losing access to email this year alone. DO NOT download or use this app. Support was non-existent, suggesting I talk to IT at the email Isp. They worked of a day and gave up.
