At first there was an option to watch an ad to receive double points. Now the game goes to an ad automatically without doubling the points. Sometimes the ad that pops up will not close unless you click on the link to get the app. Then you can go back to the game and play. I will give this game a chance to fix it before I delete it because it was fun before the glitch showed up.
New Glitch:
I had to win 5 levels to play a piano solo. After winning the 5 levels the solo began, the screen went black, and the game shut itself off. I reopened the game to find that it erased the 5 wins and started the task over. I am more than a little disappointed.Show lessHilodede

Deleted all my progress, logged me out of Facebook. When I got it relogged into Facebook the furniture tasks and stuff I had already accomplished we’re not shown on the screen but the character acted as though they were there. I’m not to the point of deleting because I enjoy games like this, but the multiple bugs in this game need worked out quickly. Get it fixed and it’ll be 5 stars.Show lessUnexpectedlyLetDown

Dear Player, thank you for your reporting. As currently we don't have a FB log out button in Town Story, can we know the specific step you did when you were logged out from Facebook? Really not happy, game keeps crashing, taking lives, and when I finally got to level 132, collected the 5 stars needed for the piano concert, selected the task, stars taken and game crashed. I’ve now got to collect all the stars again. Very frustrating.MissyD2276

I wouldn’t know how the game is because I couldn’t make it through the first part of the game, no matter how many times I played the level and I’m finally giving up. If it’s this hard at the beginning I know it’s going to be a game that wants money all the time. Not going to happen.PegasusDiaba

Love the games, but it would be better if we could invite friends and give others lives that they do badly need, I would have given it a five apart from we can’t play with help from otherscharlstwix

Every time I earn another stars to do the piano solo the game crashes and I lose the stars but it does not do the piano solo .ogffdydhrudufufjg
