Next Up gives each user access to leaderboards, interactive video challenges, a new way to track workout data, as well opportunities to build community with nonprofit organizations. Use the progress feature to track your exercise results and in-app conversations to support new community efforts. The app is capable of calculating the projected max effort for every piece of training information put into the app and connecting each user to community leaders. Next Up exists to create challenge communities that can help each of its users meet new goals.
