Great features, but only at the range
The setup process was remarkably fast and easy. As a first-time user, I found the range touchscreen to be very intuitive. Even without instructions, I was able to navigate and start using it right away. I loved the ball-tracking feature on the touchscreen the most, which helped me see where the balls landed since I often lose track while keeping my head down during my swing. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that the ball tracers were not recorded or shown in the app when I reviewed my session at home. The app seems to only provides stats, which aren’t very helpful for me. I would rate the touchscreen experience at the range five stars, but the app's post-session review functionality only two stars. Additionally, it’s disappointing that the app developer does not offer a way to provide feedback or get help.

Multiple crashes
For last couple of weeks this app crashes almost every time it starts on both iPad standard and iPhone 6 making it unusable. Every time I access data under My Statistics it crashes. Before crashing it showed some but not all data. All software updates loaded. App deleted and reloaded. Devices switch off and on. No solution found.

A niggle
This system has revolutionised the range, used to hate practice but now love it. One niggle though is when playing a match, if I play 2 shots and end up within 31yrds, I get a very small target for par or birdie, fair enough, but when my partner hits 2 rubbish shots but manages somehow to hit a chip close to the pin, he gets a massive target, usually for the win and he’s played 3 against my 2! Just seems incredibly in favour of really missing the green in 2, you get a much better chance to save par.
