    A polite lady answered the phone & after listening to my concern transferred me to the same number I had called 30 minutes earlier. I got the same voicemail. This app didn’t deliver any faster or better service than I got just calling the phone number or looking up the case online.
  • Useless to file claim

    The app and website simply route you to a phone number for claim filing.
    I’ve called for two days without getting a response.
