Not up to par!
This game seems like a throwback. There’s a lot that just doesn’t work for me. The games are ridiculously easy - a waste of time. The inventory list is very small - it’s hard to even see what you have. The touch screen areas are glitchy and I am constantly being thrown out of HOPs by touching too close to the bottom of tree screen. There are few closeups even of items you need to manipulate. I could go on. Don’t. Waste your money!ella is a genius
Puppet Show...warning not child friendly.
I just finished playing demo and so far found only glitch is getting kicked out of HO if you get close to bottom. I bought because I found this game very entertaining, beautiful graphics and has a cute little puppet helper. Love the min games..makes you think. My rating is 4 stars for now...since I’m just beginning this game.

Certainly not up to the standards of the original several Puppetshow games.
The map is almost completely inaccessible on iPhone 8. There seems to be a 1mm area of sensitivity to tap on the map. Extremely frustrating.KDCartlidge
Crashes on free trial
Crashed and went to my home screen 4 times on iOS. Right after I get the fire extinguisher to put out fire.Twin mania
Frustrated
I can’t understand why/how this game has such high stars. Yes puppet show series are great but this one just wore me down to where it was no longer enjoyable and I had to work for it. Graphics are good however they are a little dark and the items you need to find are very small which makes it frustrating to find them. The items that are shown as a shape to find on the HOP games well they are a little small which brings up the items on the found items. Very small and very hard to read numbers, I.e. 2 of 4. It became a guessing game. I was forced to quit AFTER I purchased. Was building the soldiers body and the item was way past the viewing screen on my iPad and I have a new iPad. I was unable to skip since there was no option. One last thing what’s up with the hint “Rose”. Get rid of it. It seemed vague while it was shaking and floating I needed a hint button to tell me what the Rose hint was saying. This will be deleted off my iPad. Sorry Big Fishgoolie51
Worst game!
Doesn't work! So glitchy and now I'm stuck trying to use the blow torch, which doesn't work. Now I can't proceed with the game. So disappointed in BFGs recently.Lisa G 20

After waiting an entire week for a new game, this release from AMAX Interactive was a huge disappointment. This developer obviously never reads our reviews because they never seem to fix the issues about which we complain. The first problem is with the nature of the game interface; it extends only 60% of the screen, resulting in annoying and unnecessary back tapping to prior locations, out of zoom zones, puzzles and HO scenes. In addition, they cluster the icons for the map, hint, strategy guide, task list and collectibles tab so closely together that you inadvertently open a tab you weren’t intending to open. This series has been plagued by glitches and this game was no exception. The game shut down on me and lost some of my progress 3 times when I attempted to utilize the fire extinguisher at the beginning of the game. I was finally able to accomplish that task and the game did not malfunction in that manner again. However, there were major touch screen sensitivity issues at play, when trying to utilize or acquire inventory items, and in the HO scenes, while trying to combine items. The storyline was redundant and boring, and the gameplay was mainly linear and simplistic, in addition to the aforementioned issues! It was also apparent that English was not the primary language of the developer. The game was extremely short, inclusive of the bonus adventure. I found no redeeming attributes in this game. I plan on requesting a refund from Apple because this game should not have been released with such poor quality assurance! BigFish, it was very unfair of you to keep us waiting for a new game for an entire week and then reward our patience with this glitchy disaster of a game. My advice to all players is this: replay some older games that you love, and don’t waste your time or money on this dated, boring, technical nightmare of a game!lynx minx
Crashes
As others have wrote this game has major issues. I can’t get past the fire in the hotel room. Every time I get the fire extinguisher and try to put the fire out the game closes. I’ve tried restarting and even reinstalling it but I still have the same outcome. I also had problems in the hop. It is touch sensitive and closes even though I wasn’t touching it anywhere near the bottom. I hope they fix the bugs because I think it would be a good game but not until then.Littlem14
Keeps Crashing
Very disappointed in this game! I can’t get past the hotel room. It crashes when I got to use fire extinguisher. Game is real choppy. It’s almost like when BF starting making these games. This game is horrible, pass this one up.rdasea17
