  • Addictive

Fun a addictive game play but I think there could be a little more variety in the guns and a map as well as stats and place to upgrade guns so players can spec into certain guns and specific gun stats. Overall great game though just leave a bit to be desired sometimes.
  • Great game

I preorder this ages ago not knowing what to expect. And now I have it and it’s great. I recommend this to anyone who likes a top down shooter where you play as animals and fight monsters. The last thing I’m going to say is if you like a kinda enter the gungeon like game then get this game
  • Change the controls

I love the game and am having fun, but the one thing that bothers me with the game is the controls. Shooting everytime I move is annoying and does not make the game feel smooth. Could you work on the controls to improve them and maybe add multiple options for different control types. I like the one handed controls, but I feel like they could be improved to be more smooth. Also being able to play the game in landscape mode would be a cool option to add.

  • Great but one flaw

The game itself is rather fun, there are no split paths, but is made up by the randomly generated levels each run, so enemies remain fresh and doesn't get stale.

I wish to know what abilities do In the shop, and the controls aren't the greatest, as aiming your weapon will make your character move in the same direction, you can minimize movement with very fine and pinpoint dragging of your finger, and your weapon automatically follows enemies. I love the unique designs of characters, as I have a special interest in anthro animal characters.

Overall it's a great game and will receive the fifth star once the controls are fine tuned and the damage dealt by enemies is lowered a tad, or raise how much medkits heal you, the ratio for it is rather high and makes healing difficult unless rng blesses you with a shop with healing available.

  • Good game but there issues and some recommendations

Balancing is a big problem. I was able to get a higher tier character in the first 5 minutes completely skipping another in the process. That might not seem bad until you realize that to get the top character you barely have to play! Just open the app everyday and watch some ads. While it might be hard I’d like to see characters unlocked through in game means and not bought with coins.

Controls are another issue the one style is nice but it feels weird and the time it takes to stop shooting seems wasted when I could just buy health or rely on perks to heal rather then dodge. I’d like to see a joystick control for shooting so I feel like I’m in control of where I can aim and not fight the game.

Other then there are just some minor tweaks like a spelling error on a perk and the font after getting all of the perks for your run doesn’t fit the games aesthetic

  • Game lags at times

Good game, starts lagging a bit after a while. Really fun though
  • Awesome game but...

Controls are super terrible and I haven’t even played too much, yet the game seems repetitive already. Every gun feels the same except this one shoots faster or does more damage. Maybe add unique guns that do certain things that the original doesn’t. Like a laser that when it does the last hit on an enemy shoots small grenades out that can damage enemy’s or players. I also feel like this game would be really fun with a 4-person online play option. Or a boss rush where you just fight all sorts of different bosses in increasing difficulty. I’ve been waiting for this pre-order for like a month and it seems as if you’ve done nothing since the release of the first videos. Thank you for your time.

  • Ok...

This game is not inherently bad. It’s a great game with very generous ads early on to help you progress faster. I’m only on world 5, which if you’d play, is a stretch. The issue with this game, and it’s a big freakin issue, is the GAH AWFUL controls. Why the actual hell was this not made a twin stick shooter? The single button controls are worse than aids. Why the hell are you going to shoot the enemy behind you, across the screen, when you have 4 melee enemies seconds from killing you RIGHT in front of you!? Even if you BARELY hold back to try to back peddle at a snails pace, you shoot somewhere else, sometimes where you shoot isn’t even dependent on where you’re aiming or walking. The controls are absolute trash, not even worth being called a game. Other games have done the single control perfectly, and all it does is aim towards the enemy closest to you, but you guys couldn’t even manage to do that. Figure out how to make a single finger shooter, or make this game a twin stick, because you know how to do nothing else. How the actual hell did this make it through testing. An embarrassment for a game I was so excited for. I hope you’re ashamed

  • Great game with a few tweaks

First of all, let me preface by saying I love this game. It’s basically a mobile Enter the Gungeon, and I have waited so long for something like this and I’m glad it’s here. I preordered the game, and I can see my self wasting hours playing it.
However, though the game literally just released half an hour ago, there needs to be some balance changes:
    1. I don’t feel like there’s a lasting impact to most of the abilities aside from the one that slows down bullets. I went into the first boss fight after just buying the Vampiric ability, was dropped to 4 HP, and literally took like 30 or 40 shots and still didn’t get healed at all. It just wasn’t worth buying.
    2. The first boss does SO much damage. I had a max HP of 21 after the Vampiric ability, and was hit by one bullet for 17 damage. That’s a very difficult first boss, especially compared to some pretty weak enemies leading up to said boss (I’m not complaining about that part, that’s pretty typical for a dungeon crawler and I enjoy it).
Very very good game, just needs a couple balancing changes 👌🏻

  • Could be better

This game is great. It’s like Enter the Gungeon and Downwell had a baby. You got the pixel like style and some of the aspects of Gungeon, while having an upgrade system everytime you beat a level, like Downwell. I do have a couple of complaints. The controls aren’t that amazing. It would be nice if you could edit the control type in the Options tab. Example: Instead of one finger anywhere, gain two sticks on display. One for moving, and one for aiming and shooting. It would also be nice if you could flip the game to landscape instead of portrait. Those are my only complaints. Overall, this game is probably the best rogue-like shooter on the App Store currently. It’s really good. -Diamond
