Used to be great!
Earned several points that I redeemed for great items over several years. Redeemed points for Galaxy buds and never received them, customer service is terrible! First of all it is almost impossible to contact someone with Samsung “Elite”! After several chats and run arounds they basically told me I was out of luck. My points were redeemed and of course went away but they can’t find the order number and tell me I need to find the order number from a deleted email or I’m “out of luck “! Completely disappointed with current business model.Show lessWhat happened to Samsung?

I’m pleasantly surprised that this is app is so user friendly and I actually enjoy using it to learn sales skill and brush up on my device knowledge, not to mention the app walks you through various Apps so I can get the most productive use of its potential!! Love this Samsung way to go.RFGunnbjorn
