We’re so happy that you like the app and appreciate the feedback. We have a new version coming out in the next few days with performance improvements, but if you continue to have issues please email us at help@tankee.com. We will continue to update and add content to Tankee.
Compatible on IOS 11+
I feel the compatibility for this app needs to be updated on the App Store so the accurate IOS is displayed, which is IOS 11 +.
I am rating this app a 3 only because, while I am sure it works, I am not happy with the misleading information which has caused me several hours of deleting unused apps and resetting an iPad IOS 10 to try to make it work when I did not need to waste my time because it WILL NOT WORK ON IOS 10.
Luckily my sister just upgraded her iPad to the new Pro so my daughter will get her Auntie’s “old” iPad with an IOS 12 so she will get this app. What a long way around a “fix” all for this app! Better be good! LOL!

Thank you for your feedback and being so dedicated to ensuring your daughter has a safe place to watch her favorite gamers. We've been looking into this issue. We have tested and simulated iOS 10 on several devices successfully, but it is difficult to ensure compatibility with hardware that that is restricted to iOS 10. Therefore, we have decided to reset our listed compatibility to iOS 11+ to avoid the issues you've experienced. This will need to be part of a new build as it's not something we can change independent of a new release. As a parent and the CEO of Tankee, I want you to know that I take this seriously and it will be addressed. I hope your daughter enjoys Tankee! We strive to make it better every day.
