Iphone update and phone no longer works. Tried the other app suggested and cant get it to work. Plugs are all useless. I hope they update the app so it works.saga323

Cannot believe there is an app without any updates in 11 months. The new IOS has been out for weeks now and the app has not been working since then. What a customer service!!! Do not buy their products as their app support is not reliable. I have not been controlling my devices at home for weeks now. Who knows when I will be able to do it again? Dead investment for me at this point. Cannot replace my switches so lost money.Show lessvduygun
