Not sure if this will be worth it

Was gifted 2 free cards so trying it out since I’ve been unable to purchase international stamps in Italy (for Canada). First tried on the website, but it wasn’t optimized for mobile so couldn’t write a note after making the card and doing the address. Then downloaded the app: lots of issues. Addresses don’t work for Canada, putting all parts of the address in the wrong order. I was able to hack it by filling in all the wrong info to get it to look right. Last, for the personal message: limited to 7 very short lines (which only fill a third of the available space) and am unable to cut and paste text into the text field. All in all, seems pretty buggy to me. The proof will be if my friend receives the card, what it will look like, and will she be able to know it came from Italy? Time (how long, I don’t know) will tell.

Bad deal

I also received the code at the hotel near the Tower of Pisa but when I went to use the promo code it didn’t work. Take the offer off the rack at the hotel reception desk please

Unhappy in USA

My wife and I were recently in Italy for a honeymoon. Our tour operator offered us a discount on the first couple of PEM cards to send out. I signed up and sent out over 15 and they were not cheap. I spent about €45 doing so but it was a personalized card of my wife in front of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Well that was over 2 1/2 weeks ago. we have been back from Italy for a week now and my cards have not arrived. I emailed PEM and they did respond fairly quickly. They told me they were having issues with their card printing company. They would be sending them out in a week. I hope that happens even though we have missed the opportunity for our friends and family to get these cards in a timely fashion. All of our snail mail cards have long since arrived. I will upgrade my rating to a 2 star if they ever arrive.
