App need critical improvement
This app is not very good. It does not accurately show your correct location. It does not clearly mark the bus stops or their stop number. It would be nice if the app clearly showed this information.
Needs upgrades
If the mapping showed walking directions to closest stop - that would improve things. Also - it took a while to figure out the bus routes, which is irritating when you only use this app for a few days only.
It doesn’t work to find your locations
When I asked some of your people on how to use it, I figured it was user error on my part, they told me the app wasn’t working and best to delete it. They said all it does is mess everyone up. The map doesn’t show your busses or stops properly.
Has stopped loading
Worked fine recently but won’t load. Donut of death. Fix pls as looks like a decent app if working.
Not useful information
The app is almost worthless. It doesn’t tell you were the stops are and the bus location doesn’t tell you what line or what direction the bus is moving along the route. The adds pop up all of the time. The bus stops at the top of the hill at the Citadel stop and makes you disembark for 35 minutes for a break with no other options to get on another bus and continue on. The bus looks like another company but they are not the same so you have to make sure you don’t try to board the one with a giraffe.

Coupons don’t work, app features don’t work
The app is glitchy and has some design flaws. The location services doesn’t work to show your current location. Also the location of each bus is inaccurate.
The drivers don’t follow the planned routes which makes planning your exploration of the city difficult and unpredictable.
The most disappointing feature is the coupons which promote various items which are included as part of your ticket purchase- redemption of these services is almost impossible as the vendors don’t accept the coupons.
The app is basically useless.

Main problem zooming in names get small not bigger! Better off with a paper map or g maps

I like that the articles are more in depth than the average travel app.
I really like the in-depth event coverage.
I like that the interface is easy to use.
I like the photography and that their are lots of links to places and events mentioned. I would like to see the practical information like costs, address, transport links, and hours etc in a vertical list format, but I appreciate the complete information.
I like being able to go back through older articles.
I hate the text color. I don’t understand why designers use grays and beiges for text as it’s hard to read in general and specifically on mobile devices. It will come as no surprise that I wish the font was bigger. Easier to read text would have earned this app a full extra star from me. This app is a little Wix-ish but I appreciate the modern look.
I very much dislike all the repeating articles in fake categories the same obnoxious way Amazon and Netflix lay out their offerings. What is the difference between “magazine” and “top list”? None. I dislike filler and that’s what this is, as they are identical.
I dislike that I have to sign in for an app using only Google or Facebook and probably won’t save anything because of that.
Yet, I am looking forward to using this app on my trip to Budapest.
