Cannot register device or make transfers
Never mind the inconveniencies encountered opening the account, and not being told while doing so that I had to apply to be allowed to use the app or make transfers, which required another trip to the bank to sign contracts, the fact that I cannot register my devices with the app and must wait for days before being allowed to make transfers through the app even after signing said contracts, means this app does not deserve any higher rating than a three. It would have been a two except for the fact that customers are able to choose between English and Spanish languages. That is a major convenience I wish other services here in the DR would adopt. Are you listening CEPM, Claro and Altice??

Muy práctica y todo, pero a la hora de hacer una transferencia a otros bancos, no te da la opción de agregarlo!

Necesitan arreglar el tema del login y las huellas, creen dentro del mismo app una sección negocios y otra personal.
