Extremely slow, buttons don’t react
This app has serious problems. Very hard to understand the organisation, very slow to react to searches or doesn’t react at all. Buttons don’t react. I particularly have trouble to get the verification codes sent via sms. They come so late or not at all and then when it finally comes, I am told that that it is expired, then the button for getting a new code sent doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating. Maybe that’s why decisions on the BT are so bad or not at all.
