Awesome Product
I had Purchased the NIWA back in December. I planted my First seeds and followed the Vegetable program on the APP.
Within 14 weeks I was able to harvest the Crop. I did have a few burps/questions but had them quickly resolved. I chose the NIWA as it was the perfect size and easy to assemble. The other grow boxes were tall, heavy and not vary appealing. Plus the assembly was hours not minutes to set up. People need to understand it’s not a set and forget system. It was limited as far as what to grow yes but with that said they are working on a updated APP. How do I know this? Because the NIWA design team is having me participate ! Growing @ home and loving it!
I was hesitant to purchase a system like this for it was intimidating. However, the Niwa system is really easy to set up and now I’m growing my own basil and hot peppers! Also, my little two-year old loves when the LED turns on. So much fun! Great customer service as well!LuBes_USMC

Do not do business with this company. I spent $600 on greenhouses for my 3rd grade classroom with grant money that I applied for. We have been trying to get them to work for 3 weeks now and and no luck. The company refuses to grant our request for a refund or provide return shipping labels. They can’t even provide accurate information to get their own product working.Show less3teacher07
