Always downloading can’t use app!
Everytime I have needed this app to report incidents in aged care, it is never available!
Always stuck on “downloading new content this may take a while” page and never loads… I deleted and reinstalled and contacted IT which they never help me resolve it.
This is a important app for people’s care needs, aged care workers must be able to access this when needed…
