  • Impossible to Cancel

    They make it impossible to cancel your subscription, I had to report fraud.
  • Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic

    Horrible. This app will not allow me to call the patient through the page. I have to log out and call the patient separately on my cell phone and block my number. This app is useless and should never be used.
  • Billing is completely out of control

    If you have a package plan with this company run for the hills! even if you don’t go through your minutes, they still gouge you would make believe charges. They will keep doing this until you complain recently recently recently went through and we have found that they’ve been overcharging us for two years we’ve been requesting if follow up call to review our account and have also made them fully aware of the situation of overbilling. It’s been a few weeks. I still have not had a follow up with this company. Two stars is even too much for them. They still can’t even pronounce our companies name which were just finding out has been going on for over two years, Support Team is incompetent at best giving them two stars is being generous
