Lost $38
The app charged me $38 for one month and kept showing me that my subscription has expired. Was not able to use it, had to cancel recurring payments without trying the app for my own money

Unfortunately some of the recent updates have made the user interface even more challenging and less useful.
The rankings don’t display the latest, and there is no indication of what date the report ran so you have to try several dates until you finally find one with rankings.
It’s not correctly picking up the information from the main account so trying to work across the web side and native app is a mess.

Scam
I did the three day free trial and tried to cancel within an hour of downloading, but they just charged me $180. I filed a complaint but it hasn’t been dealt with yet.
As a small business owner I’d recommend to anyone to stay away from this company and product!

So with our any consent or notification they charged my card this morning. I was not made aware of. Free trial so I thought the app was free.
