Really like the app - works well for me and our business.

Account Manager

Once you updated the app with tons more areas to use I have been unable to approve expenses (Time).
I can see the person who entered their time to approve but there is no notes displayed and everything is grayed out.
Yes I have the license level to approve - I am forced to go to my laptop to approve now.
This was the main reason I used the app.
I think you have a bug that doesn’t let the user click on and approve expense entries.

No longer able to paste information into comments section

Unable to paste info to comment section making it 10x more time consuming to do a timesheet

My biggest issue is that I have to retune the URL

The point of using this app should be to make my life easier… I don’t know why but the app consistently clears the URL field making it necessary for me to remember and re-type the my999999-sso number almost every time I use it. You need a better solution for storing user credentials. S.

Worst expense app ever

Terrible UX, so clunky….we switched from Expensify and this is like a blackberry app from 1997. Expenses take 5x longer and it’s so buggy. I can’t believe SAP built this. You have billions of dollars, invest in a decent app.

This app is bad

This app is bad it crashes all the time. At the moment it’s asking for a update every time I open it and when I get on it I can’t do anything. My company is paying money to use this software and it’s buggy as hell. I wonder how many companies have gone bankrupt once they implemented this software.

We are not aware of any such company, especially as the app is free of charge. With the latest app versions, in-app downloads have been reduced to a minimum. For app crashes or other app related issues kindly report an incident within your SAP Business ByDesign system and share the details. This will help us to further improve our software.

Great mobile App

This mobile app enables tasks based on your business role, whether you are a manager and want to approve a sales quote or a leave request or an employee that wants to do time or expense recording or a system administrator that - on the go - wants to unlock a user. Just tried the new approval functionality and it did not work. Nothing is displayed

Tried it, did not work

Annoying

Every time I log in to it it says there is a major update (7.34 Mb) that has to be installed to use the app. Remove and reinstall, it comes back after a little while

Thanks for your feedback and apologies for the disappointment. In November 2022 we released app version 22.41.0. This app version minimizes and optimizes the in-app-downloads and the described behavior should be solved by that. We hope you enjoy the improved app version. Useless

There is zero way to create, view, edit, find, approve purchase orders. What’s the use of this app if I can’t do anything with it?
