Narrow frame
This app is great but it doesnot have very narrow or delicate frame without extra white part , I like only frame , it makes the work bigger than what it is ,and it is not ok to me. The second , is lack of delete icon in the page and it cause a lot of problem .i am half an hour on it to change the picture but I could not to delete and use another frame.

Absolutely superb app for creating frames, borders and insets, well worth the investment.. 👍… A few improvements like saving on a transparent background and at a higher resolution would be welcomed, but all in all .. SUPERB..
I can’t access the vip I paid for
Hey how do I access the vip? My account still shows free account but I have paid for vip and it’s not switching.

After paying cannot log in
After paying for the subscription and getting a msg “you are all set” I’m completely unable to log in and so I cannot use the full features. It takes me to a screen to log in that asks for my phone number (?)…. Never had this happened at the App Store. There is no help that I can find. The link takes you to a website all in Chinese. If this is not resolved it amounts to robbery. Very disappointed apple allows such a vendor here.

App Great, Subscription System Appalling
Have tried this app a few times, and to become a VIP member and use the high resolution output, you have to register your mobile phone number, and the pay via iTunes / Apple, but unlike 99% of other apps on the App store, it doesn't work. Just paid another £1.99, and no VIP subscription.......think twice before purchasing.

Membership not working
I ve just purchased VIP option, but nothing has changed. Plus the app keeps logging me out constantly and crashing. Can someone contact me regarding this issue?
