Hello Toby, this app is the free public version for which you need an account at a participating tennis center. Please check your tennis center web site to see if they participate in this program. If they do, register for an account on that web site - and then use the same username and password to log in to this app. Your username will direct you to the correct system and user permissions for booking courts, signing up for events, etc.

Unable to reserve a court

I have never been able to reserve a court through this app. The payment screen doesn’t allow me to add a card to make a payment, and I can’t add a card to my profile either.

Constant errors

Impossible to complete reservation, therefore useless

When trying to reserve a court, I go to the payment section and the credit card info box pops up, but it’s impossible to enter information. I’ve tapped on every part of it and checked to other buttons, nothing. It’s also irritating to only be able to view each court individually, so there’s basically no reason to use this app.

Multiple Problems

Unable to edit my reservation and cannot exit the app using the menu. Deleted app and downloaded again, however, the problems persist.

Hello elzoa00000001 - We are sorry to hear you are having a problem. This has not been reported to our support center, and we are in able to duplicate an error. Could you please contact your tennis center administrator and ask them to open a support ticket with us? This could be a simple matter of the member set up rules.

Easy to use: booking courts and events

My tennis club recently introduced this app to members and I love it. With a tap of the button I can book courts and sign up for events.

Love this App

This app is awesome! You have to belong to a tennis club that uses it. Court scheduling is super easy.

Doesn’t work

This app is useless. Each time I try to reserve court it gives Internal Error message.

Hello Pookie bear. Please contact your tennis club or our help desk to report a problem. Apple is not reporting any crashes, nor are we seeing any problems, so please contact us so that we can figure out what you are experiencing. The 'page not found error' you are describing could be a tennis club removing a page without a replacement - and we would like to be able to report that to that tennis center. Unable to reserve courts

Just recently installed this app and it was working fine until the last couple of days, it is not allowing me to reserve any courts. Everything else works fine except book a court part. The “available” is not hyperlinked.

Any additional information would be greatly appreciated (your tennis center, previous reservations that you have made, etc). Thank you.

Dates / calendar doesn’t work

Can’t set date so can only use day of - pretty poor app development

Fixed the next day. There was a situation where the app was not displaying future days for certain tennis clubs, based on their advance court reservation settings.
