Great for Thank You Notes but forget Internstional mail or any support!
At first I loved this app for ease of use and how I can send truly personal thank you notes in a matter of seconds! My boss is hooked as well, sending a weekly picture of her grandkids to her mother. Quality is outstanding and delivery is quick that is if local. My son is in Germany and I can’t get the app to recognize his address even though I use the same address to mail packages. Used the address the app forced me to use and of course the postcards never arrived. Reached out twice for support but no answer so can no longer recommend the app.Show lessMotherto5

We are so sorry that you experienced difficulty. The issue you are having is related to the fact that the entire address must conform to the USPS electronic Address requirements. We have many users sending Postcards both to and from International destinations with no difficulty whatsoever. Perhaps you can delete the address and re-enter using USPS standards. We have no record of you ever submitting a report ticket via the support email provided in the app . Otherwise, we would have walked you through this issue.Janice
I love this app and the person who runs it. I am tech challenged and they patiently answered my questions in a way I could understand. My 82 year old mom loves the cards I send her because she does not have a computer.jfk590

This was so easy to use! I sent a thank you note to my mother in law and a pic of the grandkids to my own parents. Took less than a minute to show them we were thinking of them. Very easy to use. I can’t recommend this enough. Very reasonable rates ($1.49) and the app is free.Parkbetsy
Isn’t reliable
I’ve had this app for a while and at first it worked wonderfully and I would have easily given it 5 stars, but several times now I’ve sent a card and it doesn’t show up in my sent cards list and the last card I sent in July just arrived last week (3rd week of October) I have reached out to support with no answer. It’s a shame because this app is exactly what I was looking for in a postcard app!Show lesshoffwinoh

Sorry you are having a bit of difficulty. Perhaps we can help. Please make sure you go to the App store and update the app to the most current version. Unfortunately, we have no control over the way that the USPS processes and delivers PostCards. Many times, Postcards are tucked into other mailings and may not be seen, so be sure to check all mailings for hidden postcards. We have recently updated PostCardsAway to include internal order checking and to allow the app to retry in the event you lose wifi service or you encounter low wifi service. This app is simple. Pick any photo. Enter a message. Enter a name and address. Submit with payment (with Apple Pay it takes only seconds). $1.49 Boom. Postcard sent! Grandparents love. it. Make your own “wish you were here” vacation post card in seconds. Send a “thinking about you” to a friend. Get that thank you note sent while you are waiting in line at the store.
