Hello and thank you for your feedback! Please check if your device is set to silent mode. There is a small switch right above the volume buttons. In silent mode, apps like YouTube would still have sound, but the AMI app would play videos with no sound.

I was pretty excited to watch some of the documentaries on this app but there’s no sound😢

Il devrait y avoir une option pour voir le contenu d’une autre langue sans avoir à modifier la langue de notre appareil. Ce n’est vraiment pas pratique. Mon téléphone est configuré en anglais et je n’ai pas facilement accès au contenu francophone.
