The setup process was clunky but worked eventually. It checked in and reported the battery level to the app as expected. It even updated a while later and I thought maybe this thing does work and the reviews were overly harsh.
Nope.
That’s literally all it ever did. Even though this vehicle sits only 50-75ft from where my AP is and had no trouble connecting for that one checkin it’s never done so since. Not once. It’s been 2 months now with no data. Even once a day or possibly once a week would be ok but not like this. It’s a completely worthless investment as it currently stands. Issue is probably more software or firmware based than the hardware so maybe it will get fixed eventually but it’s not a super new product so I’m not very hopeful.

Battery Tender App
Wish I could rate this lower. Followed the prompts, watched the video, even tried the “frequently asked questions”(which took me to a page that “doesn’t exist”). Never came close to working ever.uijbggkn
Garbage. Absolute garbage.
I can’t believe that this garbage even has the battery tender name in it. This is the worst product I have ever used. A complete waste of time. I will now start looking for a new company for my battery charging.jlohberger
Worthless
This is the most useless, worthless device that I have ever had the displeasure of trying to use. I have an iPhone 11 and a Spectrum router and this thing cannot work with this technology. Completely and totally a huge waste of time.Rubyred9324
App setup
Can’t even create an account once you make a password to specs 1 cap 1 lowercase #s and 8-24 characters it doesn’t even register and still shows up red like it doesn’t recognize what you just typed. Pretty ridiculousAttaboytom
