In response to the developer response, I’m pretty sure I have the first iPad. It works very well though and I got it this year.

Apologies, it’s likely due to Apple’s ARkit plugin, not the app... ARkit requires newer Apple devices from the past 2-3 years & it can crash older devices or devices low on memory. What model iPad do you have from what year? We’ll look into it for you. If any chance you’d edit your rating or try a newer iPad, we’d appreciate it! We’re artists at the mercy of Apple:)Total crap!

We’re artists at the mercy of Apple:) Previous reply: Sometimes Apple’s ARkit doesn’t play nice to with older iPhones... Sorry to hear about your issue. How old is your phone? Model? How much space is left & any apps running in background? Try quitting other apps, clearing storage or a newer phone. Thanks!Epic.
