App Not working with Hybrid Manufacture
This app doesn’t work with the Hybrid Manufacture! It just doesn’t Pair! FC says this is the app I should use - but how will I use it if it doesn’t pair with the watch! The other app (Smartwatch) does pair with the watch, but doesn’t sync activity! Either the app doesn’t sync activities or the watch doesn’t track it - I have no way of knowing!
And FC is of no help! I am beginning to regret that I bought this watch!Show lessBala_B

The app wouldn't work!! Crash whenever i try to open it.. for weeks now.. The update finally came i just updated and still not working.. still crashing..
My watch is 3 grands Hybrid almost useless now!!!
My phone is iPhone 7 Not that old.

Watch seems to have a mind of its own
Some days records activity other days it doesn’t bother. Battery life on the watch can be as little as 2 days.
Some the latest update some functions don’t work, ie the watch should save steps after walking 250 paces that no longer works.
Battery strength reading can show 100% one minute then 0% the next.Show lessBin done

The latest update has stopped the watch from connecting to the app watch working.
Please update and or change back to the old app.aks9000
The Last Update is A Disaster
My watch is brand new and worked fine for the last couple of weeks. A couple of days ago, I updated to last version. Unfortunately, since then, the watch cannot connect to the phone. I tried everything there is to do. Restarted the phone, reset the bluetooth, unpaired the watch, deleted and reinstalled the app and NOTHING worked. NOW THE WATCH CANNOT EVEN PAIR.Show lessRICKYHEELL
