App Doesn’t work at my location !
It’s never worked in Tuppers Plains Ohio store. Why??? Get your s### together!

ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO LOG OUT OF THE APP!! Not impressed at all by this worthless app!!!
So difficult!
It's literally the hardest app we've ever tried to use and navigate thru. There's no way to log out, or add a rewards card after you have already (painstakingly) found a way to finally register on the app.
Turns out, you probably need to go to the website FIRST online and register, THEN download the app. We have tried to go back to the website and add the rewards card there, but since we're already signed up it's literally impossible. Impossible!
We've spent HOURS on a rare Saturday morning off trying to figure this out! Ugh 😡
It's important to us as my hubby travels far and wide for work. We even tried creating a new account on another email, but there NO FREAKING WAY to log out of this app once you're logged in!!! We went in our iCloud accounts to delete it and it's data, uninstalled and redownloaded it, and we're still logged in! We called the number on the back of the rewards card and she hung up on us trying to transfer us to someone else!
Beyond frustrated, it's insane!! If a developer reads this, help!

It has to have my location to work and then has a constant stream of who is redeeming coupons? Scam.
Doesn’t work at most locations
I hate Go Mart gas, but getting 10 cents off per gallon with the coupon is why I got gas there yesterday. After pumping and going in at Go Mart #1 in Gassaway, they couldn’t take off the discount. Even Debbie from the office was in there and said that the registers weren’t set up for the app yet. Then I asked them if I save anything on gas by using my loyalty card like other stations do, and she said I have to link my bank account to the card to get that discount. Guess what? After nearly 2 years of having the card (or longer) that option is still “coming soon.” So what is the point of the card and app? It’s absolute junk. The loyalty card saves nothing on gas, the app doesn’t work at all Go Mart locations, and even Go Mart employees from the office doesn’t know how any of it works. You guys rolled out a loyalty card and rewards app before working out all the kinks, and because of that it is just garbage.
I mean, I have an Exxon rewards card that gives me 3 cents off per gallon, plus 2 cents back per dollar on inside sales. Why would I go to Go Mart for low quality gas and buy anything inside if I don’t get a discount on anything? I don’t recommend this app or the card to anyone, sorry.
