The latest version of Synchrotab introduces the laser point feature. During a presentation the presenter may now use the laser icon in the app bar to start the pointer. The pointer will appear in the center of your screen and can be tagged around to highlight areas in your presentation on the viewer's screens. Thanks for using Synchrotab!

Description of Synchrotab

Synchrotab is an IOS app that allows a presenter to broadcast pdf documents on a tablet or iPhone to a group of up to 8 viewer tablets. The devices communicate via peer-to-peer Wi-Fi, thus eliminating the need for a common network access. Time stamped records of materials displayed and active participants is supplied as required, together with embedded meeting notes. The viewer sees a synchronized version of the presenter’s screen with zoom and on-screen mark-up capability. Multiple documents may be uploaded to the primary device memory via email or external file network, allowing immediate access to an entire library of presentations or reports. Synchrotab makes its own statement of sustainability while eliminating costly printing and freight charges. The system was designed in cooperation with a major global investment bank ensuring exacting standards of security and integration with corporate devices. * The free version of Synchrotab is limited to 1 viewer tablets and does not include security features for passcode and email locked meetings. * Synchrotab PRO is a monthly service that costs $9.99. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew each month at the same price. Co-ordinated page turns with the host really keep audience attention at key points, as does the sketch/ mark up facility for important data tables and trends/ graphs etc

Helpful tool to better control my presentations
Any presenter knows the importance of taking control during the meeting. Synchrotab has proven a useful solution for me to reduce paper costs, yes, but most importantly to focus my audience’s attention on the points where I want the focus to be. Only allowing meeting attendees to view the slide that I show them has eliminated any chance of a disengaged listener from flipping through a deck during the meeting, causing more effective sales conversations.
