Overall, very fun app. But it is SO FRUSTRATING that the "watch an ad to get a second life" hardly ever works. It's also frustrating to have nothing to use gems on after buying all 32 of the balls and pencils, and randomly no less, you can't even choose which ones you get. Please at least add some challenges or levels.
Sad to have to give it two out of five. Will raise when they actually fix the crap.
Edit: one more thing!! Ads aren't that bad except that they don't have a mute button, especially since they are overly loud. It's annoying to have to silence and I silence my phone instead of just tapping a megaphone icon. Makes me want to give it one instead of two. Please consider.Show lessLightswift12

I love this game, it is very addictive, but the ads for other ketchapp games are so annoying! Sometimes when I am in the middle of a game, a random ad will pop up and I will lose my streak!! If this keeps going on, please at least stop the game while showing the ad so that no one ends up losing their progress.Show lessWondergirl517

one of my fav games
i really love the game i can play it for hours my current highscore is 219 and its really fun. only complaint is that the game doesnt let me continue even after ive watched the ad thats supposed to allow you to do that. i also sometimes do it twice but im just taken to the normal screen when you lose without the ad option of “continue”. so thats pretty frusturating considering it shouldnt be there to taunt players and not do as it says. overall great game thoughShow lessllama.queen

I’m not gonna lie this game is pretty fun but it is just so glitchy. Balls will constantly fall through solid lines or through the hoops themselves and that is extremely frustrating. On top of that, whenever I watch ads to get a second chance, it’ll keep me stuck on the “continue” screen and play my second chance in the background but not let me access it. This game feels more like an outlet for advertisements than an actual game and I wish they would fix all of its bugs.Show lessGabem276
Reasonably fun
The game has good mechanics and is generally well made, however I am finding a lot of lag with my 5th Gen iPad - The game will typically run flawlessly until an ad comes on screen, then it runs like Windows 95, such jerky horrid motion making the game virtually unplayable.
I know the option is there to pay for no ads, but I am not willing to pay for a game that is unplayable on the free version. If you want more buyers, you need to get them hooked in. It's fine to have the video ads come up between games, but not have adverts come up during the game that stop the playability.
I find this a lot with Ketchapp apps; the games are very simple but quite enjoyable until the in-game ads start kicking in, then it's lag galore. I am not sure if it is the ads that are the problem or the developers simply don't care about the performance of the product so do nothing to improve it. Thankfully at least this apps ads between games are not unskippable as they are in so many other apps that are made by this developer.
Apologies for rambling. I am enjoying the game but finding it very frustrating when it becomes unplayable becasue you want to advertise other games you are developing during my gameplay.Show lesspauldog90

It is sooooooo fun and I love how the new update lets you customise the stuff. The only thing is that when you watch a video to keep going it takes you back to the start, and it’s a bit repetitive. But I would DEFINITELY recommend it!!🤪😉🤪

Still needs levels instead of kicking you back to the start. I like the customization but would prefer to use the gems to stay the level number I am at. I also noticed if it asks you if u want to continue and u watch the video, it doesn’t always let you continue. It takes u back to the beginning.RuleFamily
